Fees and Payments

Use of Facilities
You agree to use our facilities in a respectful and responsible manner. You must comply with all health and safety regulations, including fire safety, and you must not create a nuisance or disturbance to others.
You acknowledge that while we are insured and will endeavour to ensure the contents of the location are secure, you are responsible for the safety and security of your own equipment.
Cleanliness
You agree to maintain the cleanliness of the shared workspace facilities, including meeting rooms, common areas, toilets and facilities, kitchen, and any other area that you use or access during your membership.
All desks should be kept clean and presentable, and any kitchenware like plates, bowls, and cups used at the desks must be cleared at the end of each day. You must not leave any unsealed or out-of-date food in the fridge, and you must dispose of any such items promptly.
Failure to maintain the cleanliness of the shared workspace facilities may result in the termination of your membership.
Personal Property
We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage to your personal property. You are solely responsible for the security of your personal property while using our facilities.
Confidentiality
You acknowledge and agree that any information or materials you share or discuss in our coworking office may be confidential or proprietary in nature. You agree to keep such information confidential and to not disclose it to any third party without the prior written consent of the owner of such information.
Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage, including but not limited to personal injury, loss of income, or any other direct, indirect, or consequential loss, arising out of or in connection with the use of our facilities, services, or amenities.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your membership at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
